The Business & Professional Coaching Certificate Program
Transformation Edge Coaching & Consulting, provides coach training for the public, as well as, privately for organizations. One of our signature programs is the Business & Professional Coach Certificate program. This is a full immersion professional coach training, led by a Master Certified Coach. It is an open-enrollment program which meets in Raleigh, NC, online via Zoom, and at locations around the globe when a minimum of 20 participants. The program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the ACTP level.
Established in 2002, we are currently in our 21st ten - month cohort and have trained over 500 coaches, one cohort at a time.
Our Goal is to develop:
The training is face-to-face and skills-based with a strong theoretical foundation, personal development and supervised coaching practicum. Participant cohorts meet in-person or virtually.
Participants enrolled in the program are eligible for membership in the International coaching Federation (ICF).
Graduates earn the designation of Certified Professional Coach, with a speciality designation in Business Coaching, and are eligible for the ICF Credentialing.

- Leaders with the capacity to integrate coaching to their leadership style
- Professionals who can specialize in business, career, executive, leadership, wellness and life coaching
- Counselors, Consultants and Educators, who can provide Coaching as a Service
- Competent, diverse and inclusive coaches who are proficient in coaching across differences
