Joe Diab

​Joe Diab is an executive coach, business attorney, and certified mediator who has worked for over two decades with professionals, business owners and executives to develop their leadership skills and improve their personal effectiveness.  As an executive coach he works with management at all levels throughout Fortune 1000 companies on issues related to management strategy, leadership skills, conflict resolution, negotiation, and personal effectiveness.
 
Joe also serves as Special Counsel to the law firm of Nexsen Pruet, is a member of the American Bar Association Section on Dispute Resolution, and former chair of the North Carolina Bar Association Section on International Law. He has taught in numerous professional training programs for Duke Executive Education, NCSU’s College of Management and Business Coaching Certificate Program, and the U.S. Small Business Administration. He holds a law degree and a Master's degree in International Law from Duke University, is certified as a mediator in North Carolina Superior Court and has trained in advanced negotiation skills at Harvard Law School.
